Some years ago I used the original GeneWeb program and in the Notes field I used some simple HTML code to display a picture showing some people.  I also used MAP to mark each person with polygones and code like
   <AREA href="%sp=Kari;n=Gulbrandsen;oc=0"  title="Kari Gulbrandsen"
   SHAPE=POLY COORDS="923,186, 959,182, 974,413, 945,413, 933,351, 920,343, 898,212">
This worked well and when placing the curson on one of the persons the name was displayed, and clicking jumped to the actual person.
In my GeneaNet tree these things do not work.  The HTML code is displayed instead.   Is there a way to make IMG SRC work together with MAP?

Actually I use GeneaNet's interface to add the pictures.  But I do not submit the the code generator part.  Instead I make my own HTML code in the Note field. Displaying the picture in differant ways works ok and even make it clickable with a <A href=".....  works well.  But making a MAP statment and USEMAP inside the IMG SRC statement does not work.

Are there any guidelines saying what kind of HTML code that is possible to use in the Notes. 

To make persons on a picture clickable would be a very nice and usefull feature.  Maybe you can fix this one day ?

Sorry but there's no guidelines about this. You must try some code to see if it works.
